In August 2020 AkzoNobel launched the initiative to gain a foothold in inland shipping with the paint brand International Paint.
A specialized distributor PaintDeals was set up for this, led by mr. Ernst Huybrechts (photo), who started as an industrial painter 20 years ago.
Future-oriented, an intuitive online B2B online platform was also linked to it.
